This is our most common price plan. If you choose to pay the card processing fee, you can expect to pay the following rates per transaction. We urge you to compare our rates to competitors that offer flat rate pricing. You will quickly find that HadePay’s prices are by far the lowest in the industry.

Our second price plan enables you to forward the processing fees for credit card payments back to your customers. This means the consumer pays the credit card fee, not the merchant, and it is recognized on the receipt and HadePay provides signage to inform the customer before purchase that they will pay the surcharge for compliance purposes.
With processing fees constantly on the rise, and credit card fees becoming a significant cost for small businesses, many of our customers have found that requiring their customers to pay the fee not only greatly improves their profits but also informs the consumer of costs associated with credit card payments, and therefore makes them more conscious to pay with cash at small business establishments.
A conscious consumer may sound bad for a card processor, but it is one of the few ways we can pressure card companies to lower interchange rates..... So long-term, forwarding the fee benefits everyone.

Every HadePay customer works with their account manager to choose the pricing plan that is best for them, and then that rate never changes. We publish our rates and communicate them openly without ever asking to see processing statements from our customers.
We want our customers to know exactly what to expect. That’s not possible with an interchange plus model that charges different fees for different cards. Therefore, we charge the same rates regardless of what cards are used, even if it’s an American Express.

All hardware costs are invoiced and paid upfront before installation, unless other arrangements are made. With the purchase of an iPad or use of your own iPad, HadePay Systems will provide you with one of its three stand options and one of our two Magtek card reader options.
